All post natal training programmes start with a full Mummy health check, including a tummy check, comprehensive post natal health questionnaire and nutritional guidance. Whether you opt for 1 to 1 or small group training, all sessions will include muscle release work, core restoration work, fat burning and a relaxation element. With weekly progressions taken at your pace, we aim to make you stronger and fitter, both mentally and physically, better for you and better for your baby.
MummaBalance 1-2-1
An individual programme, specifically for newer mums, using functional movements to get you back to be a bit more “you” – includes a empowering sweaty element each session!
If you prefer to train with a friend, no problem!
MummyCamp Group Training
MummyCamp is a 6 week progressive course, you don’t even have to be a ‘new’ mum! Why not come along and join like minded Mums for a great workout!
WHERE, WHEN & HOW MUCH?
Abbey Meadows, Abingdon starting each half term Mondays at 10:30am
£40 for 6 weeks or £7 drop in, body weight and resistance band work, core & pelvic floor
OR
Priority 6, Radley Road, Abingdon each half term Wednesdays at 11am
£75 for 6 weeks course – each block focuses on a different functional movement, including core & pelvic floor followed by 15 minutes of sweat!
WHAT SHOULD I BRING

You must be at least 6 weeks post natal (vaginal birth) or 12 weeks for c-section (Major Surgery!) to attend either MummaBalance or MummyCamp.
